I loved the big balcony, the toilet 🤩, the shower, the beds where very comfortable, the room is big and very clean, it also has a washing machine. The location is right across the street from the beach, you can swim here but a really nice beach is just a few hundred meters down the road where the beach is protected in a small golf and there is a big park around with trees and benches, so perfect for a nice day out. Just the next building is a nice traditional restaurant. This is a perfect place to relax and listen to the waves at night but there is not a lot going on around, which was perfect for us after 2 weeks of big city life in Japan. The people taking care of the place are extremely nice, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in a non intrusive way. So this was the perfect end for our Japan adventure.

Very simple: 4story building. Unfortunately, there’s no elevator. You’d have to bring your suitcases by stairs. Up to 2nd floor is good. 3rd and 4th floor with suitcases it’s a little hassle. But other than that, if you don’t get a corner room, it is great. However, microwave, trash bags are self served. (It’s by the hallway to grab). But overall, the people are nice and respectful.

The apartment was perfectly clean and had a kitchen which was great after spending nearly 2 weeks in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and eating out every meal.
We didn't have a car and were able to get around easily leveraging the bus from the airport, city buses (run infrequently) and the free shuttle bus. There were 2 bikes which were a great way for us to zip around town easily and quickly.
Jurg was so welcoming, even offering to pick us up at the bus station as it was raining.

Quiet and beautiful little place with a very welcoming and home-like vibe. It really felt like I was just staying at a friend's house! There were a lot of cute cats around and a gorgeous beach right out front. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a comfortable and affordable stay.
