Location was great, very easy access to Universal and a 7/11 right around the corner. The room had toiletries, a kettle, a massage chair, and a tablet with info about the area. Very close to the train station as well. The front desk allowed us to check in around 11pm, which was so helpful.

The location was excellent. Just across the street from Nankai Namba station airport train exit which is very convenient and eliminates the need to drag heavy luggage across long distances. The hotel is in the heart of Nambai, close to the famous Shinsaibashi shopping street, Dotonbori and Kuromon Market. Food choices are also plentiful around the area. The room is spacious and has all the amenities you need for a short or long stay, and there is even a washing machine in each room.

The location was a very short walk to the metro. Lots of natural light in the room. Loved watching the sunset on the balcony. There's no dryer but clothes dried quickly in the heat of the summer outside. Bed was super comfortable and I slept like a baby. Reception was welcoming and kind. A/C was immaculate.
