The quality of the food in the restaurant was low. The property was unprepared for a large group. Informing me that the restaurant could not accommodate more than 10 walk-ins for breakfast.
Full room cleaning is only done once a week or an up charge is imposed and must be scheduled.

We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

The apt was new, bright, spacious and comfy with a mid-sized fridge and freezer and kitchen space to prepare simple things. Discount for summer was a real draw!! It is a block from Seicomart combini and near many bars and restaurants. We commuted there without a car and not too much is open in summer season right around there but enough of a variety of food. We got lots of walking in. The company offered to pick us up and drop us back at Kutchan station for free, which was lovely.
