We love how spacious and clean the place was. I especially loved the washer/dryer which we used everyday. The place was also very near the bus stop and it has elevator. It also has a lot of amenities like coffee, tea, etc. Definitely love this place for our family!

Location is great, feels fancy but simple. Entering the property is fine if you don't mind fiddling with QR-codes, websites, and apps to help save on Reception costs. The connected-family room was ok, allowed our group of 4 adults + 2 kids, but felt mostly like two separate rooms awkwardly connected with a door that was somehow always in the way. There was shampoo/body soap, but no coffee/tea despite mugs available. Be sure to go to a convenience store for hot drinks.

Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Designed as a residential hotel for longer stays. We only stayed for two nights but loved the homely feel and excellent quality of fittings and services. Lovely breakfast and nice lounge to relax in with free wine and beer - great for winding down after a day of exploring. We used the laundry facilities which were very useful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location perfect - right beside the train station.
Although it is classed as a B&B it was more comfortable than many hotels I have stayed in.
Room and bed were very comfortable, quiet, pleasant.
They have a deal with the cafe at the station for breakfasts and the local public baths, bicycles to use, self catering kitchen options, The owner really took care of us, recommending and booking restaurants etc.
The ambience was perfect, the area quiet yet interesting. The machiya is within easy walking distance of the city and its main attractions. And it is easy to find!
Breakfast was not included but there were excellent facilities for simple self catering.
Cafes are also nearby.
It’s an apartment hotel with small kitchen, all in one bed/living room and separate WC and bathroom. easy to check in and check out. personal hygiene products provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, earbuds, cotton, lotion…)
The staff were exceptional and we greatly enjoyed our stay. This hotel is a good option for travellers who want to experience a traditional Japanese ryokan room with western hotel service. Excellent views of the river and mountains. We also enjoyed all the Japanese breakfast options, delicious.
