I like how it instantly makes you feel like home and how friendly and helpful the staffs (esp. Taylor, Sarah & Cory) are. They have shuttle to pick up and drop off which is very helpful. They provide microwaves, rice cooker, eating and drinking appliances, even salt pepper soy sauce. The pool and chess table, lounge lobby area, game room on the 2nd floor makes it so fun for the kids, they even provide snow tools to play with right outside it.

The room had heated floors, very nice bathrooms, and great views. Multiple rental shops are within walking distance. Happo One ski lifts are only a few minutes away via the free shuttle (also walkable, but safer via shuttle during the winter months).

The apartment was great, they upgraded us to a very large 3 bedroom at no extra cost. Quiet location, in woods but approx 100m from ski rental and pay for onsen. 400 m from lift and ski school drop off. Included breakfast was convenient and good.

The property was warm, clean and spacious, plenty of room for 4 adults. Bathroom had a lovely shower. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans etc for self catering. Comfortable beds. Would Stay again.
