The connected room is very specious with everything we need. Semi double bed for every one guest is big enough. Interior design is modern and new. Very quiet environment nevertheless the building is nearby the main road.
Across the street from the Kitanomine Gondola Terminal, Fresh Powder Apartments include a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and flat-screen TV with Playstation 3.

The kitchen was very well laid out & with everything you need. We really liked hanging out in front of the fireplace after skiing. the ski storage & gear drying area was very convenient. the managers Neil & Fernando were very nice & helped us out, making calls in Japanese to various places we needed to contact.

Love the spaciousness of the apartment. We took the smallest configuration for 2 pax and were very comfortable. There was a dining table, couch. Beds were very comfy and had a washing machine and drying rack for our laundry, and a kitchen. It's also very close to the famous Furano cheese factory and just a 5 mins drive to downtown.

Check-in is straightforward. Chalet fuyuri is literally right at the corner of Kitanomine, so you'd have to drive into the gravel path off the main road a bit to reach there.
Not our first stay here, though this is our first summer stay. Came back here because of how tucked away it is, yet situated at a vantage point overlooking Furano. It's a cabin-in-the-woods experience so both winter and summer will offer a peaceful and quiet stay. The kind where you feel comfortable staying in on a rest day.
