Amazing location!! On the main street but the noise was kept out by great windows. We had probably one of the best rooms on the top floor. Brand new room. All little things provided. Common kitchen had everything. Closte with extra towels was very handy. Washer and drier were brand new.

We were in a family apartment across from the main hotel and it was perfect for us. The location was minutes from The Rialto Bridge and in a good loacation for St Marks Sq, The Basillica. Breakfast was eur10.00 each and was adequate. The room was good, air con ok, shower pressure ok and the kitchen facilities were good if you were self catering. The second room was small but ok for the 3 days we were there for my daughter.
It was spacious, it had everything needed for self catering, we made breakfast and lunch ourselves. Theres a shop 3 min walk away with everything you need to make food. The location was around 20 mins on foot from the main part and it was nice to explore the area on foot. The room was organised, comfortable bed, slippers, umbrella provided. There’s shampoo and other toiletries that you don’t get in other hotels. The host was nice and welcoming.
Breakfast was not included as this is a self catering facility. Frederica met us at the property . She was extremely patient as we missed our connecting flight and on top of that were delayed at the airport since our luggage did not arrive, and we had to keep on changing our meeting time.
She also explained how to use the public transport - which made it a lot easier.

It is just a few minutes walk from the ferry station and walkable to most attractions if you like meandering around the streets. Not far from supermarket.

Stayed at a 2 bedroom, what a stunning living room with expansive windows! Decor is stylish and brings to life this historic property. Location is quite perfect being of walking distance to main sights. Staff were extremely helpful with logistics and dining suggestions, especially Gianluca. Not a serviced apartment but I would gladly trade hotel services for a wonderfully unique space. Thanks for a memorable time in Venice!
