An absolute delight to stay in this oasis in busy Bellagio with a gated private garden and roof top terrace. Spacious, extremely comfortable, fully equipped self contained room with a view of the lake. Up from the ferry terminal, close to everything as Bellagio is a small, exquisite lakeside village. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Very sad to leave after a fantastic 3 night stay.

Spectacular view. Large bright apartment with beautiful balcony and lots of nice touches. Great trail right next to apartment to get downtown and two lovely restaurants just off the trail near apartment to eat at.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, with gorgeous furniture and a wonderful kitchen. The location was great in town, a close walk to local stores and restaurants. The view from the apartment was also super pretty. The hosts were very accommodating; we ended up checking in a day later because of travel issues and the hosts were super communicative and helpful about it. We loved our stay here.

The place was exceptional - the history, the views, the location. So many wonderful details. Christiano and Ariana were exceptional hosts. We highly recommend their sailboat tour around the lake, great company, great food, and history about the lake surroundings. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The views from our room were stunning in 3 directions.

The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, the location was great as well though the tricky part of parking the since this is our first visit to Italy.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
A great location. Excellent communication from the owner. WiFi was strong. The dishwasher and large fridge-freezer made self-catering easy. Washing machine is a bonus, though take some laundry powder with you.
It was self catering. Location was very good and great choices to eat from breakfast to dinner all within walking distances. Parking in Verena was secure and safe. For 50 Euros we were able to leave car for our entire stay.
We didn't have breakfast included. We did, however, have a kitchen, so were able to buy breakfast ingredients and make our own. We enjoyed having self catering facilities. The location of the property was extremely close to the train station and to the dock, which was perfect for us. It was also close to the walk along the shore and the town centre. We enjoyed having a balcony and the building was also very secure.
The location was perfect. Though we had a car (with free secure parking on site), the apartment is a 5 minute walk from the train station (to Milan) and 2 minutes to the ferry (to Bellagio, Mennagio, etc...). The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and the views from the livingroom windows were exceptional. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation to family and friends if travelling to Lake Como and want self-catering accommodation.
We were self catering so we organized our food from local artisan outlets and Menaggio's supermarket across the lake. some lunches we had during day trips to other Como villages, and our evening meals were enjoyed in some great local Restaurants including Al Prato recommended by Varenna Garden, La Dolce Vita, Bellagio, Albergo Sol Varenna, and Trattoria La Scalpellino in Novate Mezzola off the north end of Lago Di Como, we loved our garden and view across the lake. and hot water and air conditioning were plentiful.
Location was super. Little extras were great such as bathroom and kitchen supplies. Very nice to find a bottle of Spumante for us in the fridge. Very close by mini mart had all the self catering items we needed. Relaxing view across to the lake and could open all the windows on the lake side to enjoy beautiful fresh air. Short walk to the train station.
Location!! The weather was crazy for part of our stay, but no matter as we could sit in our apartment and have magnificent views from every window (even the bathroom)! Well set up for self catering and close to everything you need. Owner responsive to questions. Free convenient parking on-site. Nothing not to like!
we had an excellent stay. The apartments were clean, comfortable and well equipped for self catering. we really enjoyed evenings sitting on the terrace having a drink watching the sun go down over the lake. very convenient to Varenna town, ferries and the train. check in and out was easy and Oscar was very helpful. highly recommend.
Went out there for my sons wedding absolutely stunning place. Nadia and Enrico were great hosts very friendly and welcoming, studio was just what we needed for our trip everything in there for a self catering holiday *****
