Great accommodation in an old caste which was over 1,000 years old. The staff were really friendly, and we went for the half board option which provided the room, breakfast and a fabulous 4 course authentic Italian dinner. We just had to pay for our drinks.
The property also had an arrangement with a nearby villa that you could pay 6 euros per person and get access to a large pool.

I love this place. We came for the second time this year, and once again, everything was perfect. The staff is helpful, the location is excellent, and the pool is amazing and clean, with a wonderful view of the hills and the village of Spello. The garden is colorful and well-maintained, and having breakfast on the porch of your apartment will give you all the energy you need to explore the neighborhood.

I cannot express how much we loved spending time at Bocci. Special thanks to Carla, who is an amazing, caring person and makes this place unique. Residenza is conveniently located outside the strict center – right around the corner you can find good pizza and a very well-equipped supermarket with a nice selection of groceries. The area around the Residenza is extremely well-maintained, super clean, and all the details are incredibly well-chosen. The residence was built with heart; no expense was spared on materials and beautiful details, which made us feel great there. The surroundings of Foligno itself were a perfect choice. Many beautiful small towns with charm were recommended by the owners – thank you! The pool also deserves recognition; it is beautiful, large, and clean, with plenty of loungers and options to lie in the shade. We were with a dog, everything went well, the dog had space to run and rest.
