I stayed at Colle Paciocco in mid March. The owners were exceptionally kind. My train arrived late from Rome and I had to wait for the next later train to Tivoli. Because of this delay, I missed the last bus to Colle Paciocco so the owner insisted on picking me up at the station so as not to make me walk quite a long way near a river in the dark. They were very considerate and asked me to call an hour before my arrival so they could turn the heating on so as to warm the room prior to my arrival.
I would highly recommend Colle Paciocco as the room was comfortable in a lovely area with beautiful views and the owners really care about their guests making sure you have everything you need. Well worth booking at this place.

We had an amazing stay at il casale delle Ginestre. Pino and Paola are very welcoming hosts. The location is beautiful, the view is stunning. Especially from the pool at sunset. The apartments are very comfortable. The breakfast is great, the highlights are the stories of Pino that he tells you during breakfast.

We liked our stay in the apartment near Termini (main train station). The communication with Andrea was excellent. Prior to our arrival I was a bit worried, after I saw pictures on Google Maps (street view) - but it turned out to be great. We felt safe. The keyless system worked also great (we arrived late at night). There is a traditional and wonderful ice cream parlor (Fassi) about 450 meters down the same street (a very wonderful experience). Also, „Mercato Centrale“ is nearby (inside Termini) with excellent Pizza and other very good food options (high-priced but delicious). I also liked the sandwich maker in the apartment. The apartment is quite new and had everything we needed. Especially the air-conditioner in August was heavenly. The tram lines do run during the daytime, but our family liked every time the tram was felt driving nearby (they don’t drive constantly and they don't drive at night (about midnight to 6 am = no trams). (If you have difficulty turning on the water in the shower: you need to tilt the shower control handle). For us it was a homey feel in the apartment. The apartment has high ceilings, which is very pleasant. We had a great stay and I would recommend this apartment to family and friends.
