The property was spotless and was in a great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful and could not have done more for us.

The room was simple and clean.
Everything worked in the room and in the bathroom. Nothing was half broken.

Everything! The owner and reception staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Secure parking on site. The room was super clean, spacious, comfortable and with all the facilities you could want. 1 minute walk to the beach and a lovely 10 minute stroll to the marina. Will return again for sure!

Good location for beaches, theme parks like Mirabilandia. Rooms very spacious and modern with very good wi-fi. Caffè next door good for a typical Italian breakfast of coffee and pastries. Only pity that use of kitchen was not allowed as it would've saved us money in eating out

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The apartments are as centrally located as could be, and enjoy easy acces to a great restaurant and coffee bar in the same building. The apartments are stylishly outfitted with quality fixtures, furniture and accoutrements. Stefania was very helpful, including guiding us to a pharmacist who solved an important problem. We didn’t take advantage of the kitchen, which seems well outfitted. Ravenna is such an extraordinary place that we are sure we will return. And when we do, we will stay at Apartment Hotel Marchesini.
Personnel was very kind, gave us the map and free residential parking permit. Cleaning of the room and hotel service was also perfect. I can also recommend local Ca' de Vèn for dinner!
