A perfect location for a holiday with family and friends (we were 4 adults, 3 kids aged 4-6).
The rooms, grounds, location and facilities are idyllic. Views of the mountains in one direction and the sea in the other, rolling hills of all colours all around. Olive trees, lawns, swimming pool, terraces, shade, sun, barbecue area, fresh vegetables and herbs available to pick and eat... And peace and quiet due to the out-of-town location. It had everything we needed! The hsots are incredible too. When we were there they invited all the guests to an amazing barbecue which they offered free of charge with delicious local products. As the host said 'you are staying in our home, not a hotel.' We would definitely go back!!

The location is good, very close to the beaches (you can get an umbrella and 2 chairs for 10€/day at the Capana beach https://mapy.cz/s/hukodagocu) or even closer there is the free public beach.
The railroad is very close and the trains cause a loud noise, but it is only very short and not too busy - in a few days one can get used to it.
The pine grove is perfect - very pleasant to rest in during a hot day.
The main street Viale Gabriele d'Annunzio is closed to traffic and becomes a pedestrian zone after 21:00 which is very pleasant for a walk with local ice cream.
