What's not to like. Great location close to the train station and downtown. The Golden House was perfect for us. Super comfortable, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, warm and comfy. The host, Manlio, is kind and gracious, and he kept in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. He also provided snacks and juice.

It’s a wonderful location if you want to spend time at the beach - which is what we wanted most of all. There’s a pool which looks very nice and had some families using it if that’s something you enjoy. It was quiet at night and easy to find street parking. No complaints.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The beds the very comfortable and the entire studio was perfect at maintaining a good temperature.
The studio had great self catering capability with and oven and hobs allowing for any type of meal to be made.
The bicycles provided really improved the trip as it allowed much easier access to the city center which is a reasonable distance.
The studio is a great distance to the beach as well as being located near some very nice restaurants.
Amazing staff. They were so helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Pescara. Best hotel service in Italy.
