Great location - stunning views. Very nicely designed - modern and super clean and comfortable. Restaurant one floor above our room was excellent too - relaxed fine dining with a roof terrace that would be great in summer. My room (3rd floor corner room) had three large windows and three balconies.

First thing we saw was lots of space. Those really huge rooms (two storey sized) are subdivided into smaller compartments which make it look even bigger.

Straightforward apartment hotel. Modern facilities. We walked to the kiosk for coffee and to the market for fruit every morning. Was really ideal for a relaxing city holiday.
Although initially given the wrong room, the studio apartment which we had booked and eventually transferred to was stylish, very comfortable and in a great location for many historical sites, bars and restaurants. It had everything needed for simple self-catering and relaxing. Good comfy bed with nice bed-linen and towels. We arrived by train which was a 25 minute walk away. A great coffee/gelato place across the road and plenty of other places nearby to eat/drink. Ivan and Rosada both very helpful and friendly.

The host Luca was very welcoming and very helpful.
The location was perfect for us, once you opened the large door into the courtyard, you were immediately transported from a busy street, into a historic building.
The old palace is being renovated and it was lovely to experience the history of the property.
Apart hotel in center of Palermo. Breakfast is included. Newly renovated room, comfortable bed with good linens. There is a refrigerator in the room with free drinks. You can ask for a kettle in your room. The air conditioner worked well for heating.

Big self-catering flat conveniently located jus a stone's throw away from a busy local street market. A great place to take in the atmosphere of Palermo. A ten-minute walk to the train and bus stations. Very friendly and helpful owner, who can speak English. Good internet signal. Nice bathroom.
