You can see the combination of volcano and ferry terminal from the hotel room. Hotel owner is very kind and informative about anything about Naples. We bought mussels at 365 supermarket as recommended, and cooked with cookware of the room, and it was so delicious. Places around there looked very safe and peaceful.

The check-in process was very smooth and communication was always excellent. Also loved that we could store our luggage (after arriving early) and the building had laundry facilities. The accommodation itself was very modern, spacious and well thought-out, we had everything we needed for a short stay.
(For any future visitors, 'Supero' is a good nearby supermarket open every day. We picked up a few italian goodies to bring back home from there.)

Very nice room with a comfy bed and a large bathroom in a centrally located posh block of flats, next to shops, museums, the opera house. Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and assorted Italian cookies were also a bonus.
It is part of a spacious refurbished apartment with 4 rooms, each one with a secure code door opening, a communal living room and a well equipped kitchen.
Ilaria, the host, responded immediately and efficiently to all our queries and requests. Highly recommended.

The full sized apartment, including separate laundry, spacious lounge and bed rooms along with a large balcony were very surprising. All the facilities were first class and very modern, but the biggest surprises were the two televisions, which like most on offer, I have never seen in 40 years of international travel.
But above all, the priceless Daniela is Residenza's most valuable asset. She is an absolute angel and should be beatified as the patron saint of travellers.

The location was near public transport, the city centre attractions and a Deco supermarket.
The staff were very responsive, very polite and professional. We were met by a lovely manager in the evening who handed the key card and showed us the entry process to the apartment
We found a nearby Gelato and pizzza shop that we would recommend - Gelatosita Foria and Add'E Guaglian Pizzeria & Friggitoria. Both easy walking distance and delicious food.
Recommend having an expresso at Mexico (near Dante Metro). Pompeii is a must and easy to access by train. The train to Rome is also an option.

Hotel service fantastic with individual approach. We felt special. Very good breakfasts prepared with heart. The atmosphere of the place is very good. A good place for a trip to the city and return to relax. Especially beautiful orange garden.
It was self catering. |The kitchenette was fine. The bed was comfy. The room was clean and well decorated. Melania was very helpful, via Whatsapp, when we had questions e.g. she booked us a taxi and helped us to re-boot the air con.
Very good location in the centre of the old town. Not too far to walk to meet the excursions we took. It was self catering but there were biscuits and spreads left for us as well as tea and coffee. The property has an enormous door covered in graffiti (as they all are in this neighbourhood). There was a bell to ring at the side.
Location is the best, walking distance to all main touristic places. The place was spotless, rooms were big and very well decorated, beds were comfortable. Is more an aparthotel, there is no breakfast area, the staff welcomes you upon arrival and provides tips and recommendations but there is no staff present in the reception area.
The apartment was a good size, very well equipped. The snacks on arrival were very welcome. Tina was a great host. Aircon was great to have in the heat (mid 30's). Beds very comfortable - a great stay.
There js a good supermarket just around the corner too, which was good for self catering. Its very close to the train station and only 20 minutes or so from the airport.
Room was clean and bathroom was big and beautiful. It’s more of a self serviced apartment rental so don’t expect your room to be done up/cleaned. Location is close to restaurants and some tourist attractions. Valentina was great and helpful, however she didn’t speak much English, but we made it work.
The unit was clean and spacious, had a fridge bar, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It had anything you need in a self catering unit. It felt homely. We did not meet the host but we where always in contact and found that helpful
Perfectly located for the beach and restaurants, nightlife, sightseeing. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was imaginatively decorated with self catering kitchen facilities too and a lovely view of the sea to the left as you stand on the little balcony.
This is a great place! It is a suite hotel in a big building. Nicely renovated into comfortable rooms.
