the property is a traditional villa with all modern conveniences: full kitchen, bathroom with quality towels, TV with several apps (Netflix); king bed, living room; and outdoor patio. I chose the property also for location; it is on a lake, and 1/2 way between Tuscany (Siena) and Umbria (Assisi). the owner is a lovely lady (Antonella) who has mastered the details of hospitality (dishwasher, washer and dryer, lawn furniture, and a wonderful Italian breakfast with eggs, coffees, tea, milk, juices, cereal, danish rolls, Italian bread with butter and fresh preserves, cheese, fruits, and more of all the above. it is delicious and fresh. the property is spotlessly clean, and the view of the sunsets is magical. it is close to town and restaurants and shopping. HIGHLY recommend this property is you are looking for quiet, peaceful, and lovely location.
