The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
They had nice coffee and free water and croissants for all guests in the lobby, which was great for a quick snack before heading out.
They had laundry facilities, so it was really great for us as we have been travelling for 2 weeks, so was nice to wash our clothes.
I also left something behind, and when I contacted them, they were very responsive and arranged a courier ASAP.

Perfect location for the Parco di Monza and Race Track. Self-catering unit with supermarket and good restaurants near by. Host always on call and efficient.
Our plane arrived 3 hours late to Bergamo. The driver that the hotel had reserved for us faithfully waited us at 03.30 at the airport. Superfast he droves to to this lovely hotel. 😀 The hotel service was great!
