We’ve been traveling in Italy for about a month now, mostly staying in apartments, and this apartment is by far the best. It’s even nicer than the pictures show，spotlessly clean and very quiet. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the old town, with a grocery store just downstairs. The underground parking is excellent, and the staff are very professional. Most places we’ve stayed in have either been stylish but not functional or functional but lacking in style. This apartment combines both.

Great location close to Polignano a Mare. It was a clean very nice apartment. We were there in Oct. So we didn't use the beach or sunbathing area, but it was nice and would be great in warmer weather. I reserved 4 apartments, but was the last to arrive so our traveling companions had our key for us. They were very happy with the host, who I didn't meet until we left. He was very nice. Safe indoor parking.

Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Wonderful stay, highly recommended. Host Sabinofino met us and fully explained everything in apartment and sent us restaurant recommendations and other tips. The apartment was large, bright and airy with everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay. Sabinfino even let us stay an extra couple of hours and gave us a lift to the train station, which was very appreciated in the heat with heavy cases. We will definitely be back as a great base to explore the area.
Location, good size, enough equipment for simple self-catering, breakfast delivered to the room. Close to station, shops, cafes and restaurants. In a historic building in the Old Town with wonderful views. Plenty to see and do and the beaches are close by.
Vincenzo is a very friendly host. He informed us well in advance and he was available. The stay feels like home. We had the room with a roof terrace. Kitchen was well equipped for self-catering. Location is not far from restaurants or supermarkets.The breakfast was very extensive. You could order it a day in advance. It is a good base to explore other places such as Monopoli, coastal region, Matera, Lecce. It is an hour's drive from Bari airport. We were very satisfied.
Casa Raffaella is in a great location in the heart of old Monopoli. Not far from the beach and the many great cafes and restaurants. The accommodation is on two levels and is very clean and comfortable and well equipped for self catering if required. Annamaria and Sandra were very kind and helpful before and during my stay.
