Breakfast on the weekend was at a local cafe. For weekday breakfast, You have to order the night before. Room was clean and the refrigerator was good to have. Very close to the on/off bus tour and walkable to the lively part of the city.

this is a beautiful, spacious Villa with a lovely garden in a great location, close to the beach, locals shops and restaurants and the bus stop to get to Palermo. it was spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you could think of to have a lovely self-catering holiday. Elvira the host is amazing, so warm and helpful, we will definitely stay again 💚
The owner was very responsive to queries and check in and check out was easy. The apartment is well equipped as a self catering apartment with everything you need. The location is good and a short walk from the town and beaches. Mondello is also a convenient place to visit Palermo city from as regular buses leave during the day from a location 15 mins walk from the apartment.
it was an amazing villa and a total privilege to stay there. It lacked nothing. Fabulous terrace with 180 degrees view over the bay. It felt like a luxury hotel,only with self catering. The host and staff were exceptionally friendly and super accommodating.
the bikes were very useful for going to the beach and into mondello. the kitchen is very well equipped for self catering which saved us money. the owners were very friendly and helpful and even gave us some local wine.
