Tile floor tiles and solid rendered walls made the cool air circulate well throughout the accomodation after a long day exploring Venice under the Sun. St Alvise Ferry Station was very close making ferry rides to other locations convenient. Conad Grocery store was only a 2 minute walk away which had everything we needed. Property was value for money.

Only the good about this property was its location but the street was too smelly.

Very close free parking area. By taking bus just infront of the Hotel, we have easily reached the hearth of Venice maybe faster than out car. Return time was longer maybe we have taken another bus. A lady welcomed us without speaking any English word but somehow we understood each other. additional help cam from Alessandro via WhatsApp. There are restaurants and supermarkets by driving 5 minutes with car. Just ask Alessandro.

The food at the restaurant was excellent, the location is great, next to the mall and train station.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
No breakfast as booked the self catering option, but we loved the location. Twenty something friends travelling to Italy for the first time and booked the two bedroom apartment - it was a great and affordable option for us that gave us the ease of travelling to the rest of Venice/Murano/Burano easily on the vaporetto, just a 5 min walk away. Having a beach barely ten mins walk away was a total bonus. The restaurants on Granviale are equally close, and there's a supermarket less than 5 mins.
The room was really fine. Great view of the garden and wonderful surroundings. But the greatest praise for the great hotel service. Everyone is very helpful, polite. They helped me in a difficult situation and answered every question. I recommend it with all my heart and best regards!!!
