This place was the best place during my 2 weeks in Italy 🇮🇹 The perfect location in Tuscany with breathtaking views. The entire staff were so friendly & extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. The dinners at their restaurant were outstanding with a chef's kiss! Paola, Tiziano & Anja were the best. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff is very friendly and you cannot get bored there. We didn't even went to the beach on the first day to be honest. It's fun for the kids and also romantic for the parents.

Location was great. Near beach, restaurants and local coffee bar with good pastries. Nice gelato shop directly across the street. Room was very clean and well kept, very compact. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Compact kitchen with nice refrigerator and freezer. Nice sitting area outside, good for people watching.

The front office staff were excellent; Bianca was super helpful and friendly - above and beyond, so was her counterpart (Catalina?) but I may have misplaced her name. The location is perfect for jumping right over to the beach and there’s so many shops within walking distance to grab food. They have underground parking that can be added on, which was helpful for me. Value was great, I want to come back.

Good apart hotel must have a car , 10 min drive from Grosseto
It’s like an apartment , it has a little kitchen but if you want to use it they charge you 20 euro a day . Microwave did not work
