Wonderful - we had a 2 bedroom cabin with kitchen and an amazing deck on the lake. Very clean, very comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket across the street to pick up supplies.

The location is great: right by the lake with lake access, a few minutes from Arona, Stresa, etc. by car.
The rooms/ apartments are good/ functional for families traveling with young children. We really appreciated that kitchenette/ living room, bathroom and bedroom were all separated. For us what was missing from “great” was that everything is kept quite basic, there’s not a lot of effort but into making rooms very cosy or anything like that and for the price we would have expected a bit more.
The staff is absolutely fantastic & very kind.
The pool is aged but still really nice.

The location was perfect. We walked to dinner every night. I wish we would have been there a little earlier in the year to enjoy the pool and water activities.
