Clean, modern, functional apartment. Free parking in your own spot in the large yard. Solid floors throughout. Peaceful - Situated on a quiet tree lined side street. Carrefour express right across the road. There’s a good laundromat ( speed queen genova ) 5 min walk. Downtown is ~20 min walk or you can walk ~8 min to metro stop. Metro is small but covers the interesting areas. €2 one way any station. Great value! The host is very helpful and offered good advice for Genova as well as day trips by rail further afield. All in all an enjoyable stay..

we flew into Italy from abroad with plans to travel elsewhere, so we just booked it for one night. we were impressed both with the hotel and genoa! we were surprised the hotel room included a kitchenette and a mini fridge which is excellent. friendly helpful staff. there is a deal with a nearby bar to provide morning coffee/ cappuccino + a snack for 3 euro, excellent deal and nice bar, recommend you do this deal.
nearby beach was a pleasant surprise! we got a spritz and enjoyed the sunset. this location is not walking distance to the old city of genoa, but the bus is pleasant, affordable and quick (20min). we enjoyed the old city of genoa, and frankly some of the best food we got in Italy was here and at affordable prices. genoa had friendly locals, we only stayed one night and part of two days, but several friendly kind older men talked at us in Italian and wanted to share what they could about with lovely city. we don't speak any Italian, but were able to gather some of what they meant. had a wonderful time here!

It's like living in a castle. Right next to the beach. Many cafes. Super clean, super modern on the inside, outside looks like a castle. 24 hour check in is amazing. Free parking inside the castle gates. Backs onto a beautiful park.

I liked the light in the apartment, shops around, the bus stop for the line going downtown. Internal parking also (additional charge). Apartment clean.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The apartment is unusually home-like decorated, it was very cozy, beds are comfortable, fantastic view from most of the windows and a balcony. You can listen to the sound of sea waves all the time. There was everything nessessary in the kitchen. The beach is in two steps, cute surrounding. It is possible to find free parking not far from the house. There is Lidl - 5 min on foot.
The location was an easy walk from the station once we found it! The directions were confusing on apps and description.
It was spacious and comfortable for a self-catering unit. There was adequate heating equipment.
If you are an experienced traveler, this is a great place to stay in Genoa. The location could not be better. It's in a pedestrianized area in the historic center and within easy walking distance of nearly every attraction in the city including the historic port. Shopping was also very convenient. I loved the quiet and well-equipped aparthotel. You will need to book a taxi to and from the airport if you are flying into Genoa.
A cozy place in the heart of Genova. Near to train station, Restaurants, Supermarket and near to all tourist spot. It's our pleasure to be their first guest. Cleanliness perfect 10! Comfortable sleep after long day. The apartment itself is Elegant. It's just like staying in a suite hotel. The hostess is so accomodating and friendly. Perfect 10 for Arianne! We've been travelling with kids for so many years and even kids are amaze. Their rating "Best Place to stay!".
I had a room that was a serviced apartment style with a kitchenette. While basic, I would stay here again. Breakfast was more than adequate with a lovely strong coffee to start the day.
We had a great stay. The apartment is very spacious, clean, lovely and full of character like a home away from home. This was one of the best equipment self catering apartments that we have ever stayed in and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see with a big train station just a 10 min walk away. The ocean is just 600m with a lovely promenade for sunset walks. We hope to be back soon!
