First time in my life I am confused with review. giving 8/10 but thinking that this should be 10/10. It is AMAZING place Beautiful place hidden in the fields. Absolutely amazing buildings with Real Italian character from different centuries. This is a complex of a few houses/apartments every one with its own private entry, "mini garden" for outdoor relaxation. Style and design is just mind-blowing. Surrounded by a massive beautiful garden. In the heart of this garden, you will find the swimming pool. Super clean swimming pool, more sunbeds than needed. Our kids and us love it. We were sorry we stayed here only for 2 days. We didn't want to leave. Evening after sunset place was getting great magical charm with all the lights around. 2 min down the road local Italian restaurant with great food and atmosphere. This place is just amazing. House offered 3 unique bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large beds but mattress not the best but ok. The kitchen fully equipped :) Supermarket 5 min by the car. You will not find as Original place as Italian as this. Amazing Experience.

Set in a very quiet location although on a main road in a rural area. Very easy to reach by car. We found the location very good considering that it is only 30/40 mins away from Lucca and Pisa and just the same distance away from Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Alto. Breakfast was simply delicious. We asked the owners if they could prepare breakfast earlier than usual since we had to leave to Pisa early and the owners were very helpful to prepare a very delicious breakfast for us before the allocated time. Room and bathroom were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also amazing views of the country side and mountains in the distance. I will definitely recommend it,

The apartment was new, clean, there is lots of space. The apartment also has lots of storage space. The staff at the reception was very helpful to us and flexible. The local Coop is just around the corner, within 2 minutes walking.

The property is set in a beautiful location and the grounds are well maintained. It is quiet and peaceful, despite the large number of people that the property can accommodate. The pool area is spacious and clean, and the area around the pool is pleasant enough to sit in for long periods. There is also a covered pool, which is useful on very hot days. The staff were friendly and helpful and, in general, the accommodation has a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere. This also extends to the guests, meaning that the atmosphere in communal areas is very pleasant. The rooms are airconditioned and have a balcony where you can sit and hang washing (a clothes line is provided). The fridge and freezer are large enough to store plenty of refreshments. The room was cleaned every day and the cleaners were friendly and accommodating (e.g., coming back at a later time if you were still getting ready). They were generous with the re-supply of towels, toilet paper, etc. A distinct advantage of the property is that, unlike many other places, it appears that you do not need to adhere to specific check-in days (e.g., Saturday only). This means you can avoid travelling to the property on days where the roads are very busy and your stay is not restricted to a whole number of weeks.
