We had an absolutely incredible experience at Attilio. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel right at home with a warm welcome, generous welcome drinks, and a fridge stocked with staples. The fresh rolls delivered each morning were such a thoughtful and delicious touch!
The apartment itself was spacious, elegantly modern, and immaculately clean. We have very high standards when it comes to accommodations, but we could not find a single fault during our stay. Everything was perfectly executed, from the spotless cleanliness to the strong water pressure in the shower, the incredibly comfortable bed, and the high quality of the amenities and inclusions. It’s clear that no detail was overlooked during its construction.
The apartment was also exceptionally quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The stunning views of the lake right outside the door and the easy access to nearby restaurants made the location unbeatable.
Oreste’s passion for hospitality shines through in every aspect of the stay. He, and his team, have created an inviting, comfortable, and serene atmosphere that made us feel truly cared for. The grounds were pristine, and while we didn’t use the pool, it looked incredibly inviting.
If there were more than ten stars, we’d happily give them! This was a flawless stay, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Loved the whole experience. Laura’s hospitality, the view and the extremely comfortable bed were highlights!! The complimentary refillable sparkling water was a lovely touch and environmentally friendly. The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet area however still walking distance to fantastic restaurants (all in Laura’s magazine at check in). Don’t hesitate to book here!! Keep in mind that you will need a car to get there.

We rented an apartment here for a two night stay to explore the area around southern lake Garda. On arriving we were thrilled to find out we were staying in a newly renovated 18th century manor. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and gave us ideas for where to go in the town to eat, how to get there and where to park. As it happened, it was close enough to walk. The manor has beautiful gardens with an outdoor pool that we used in the evening, plus stunning views across the lake to Sirmione and the mountains. The apartment itself was superb, very clean and tidy to a high standard, and a super comfortable bed.

You can easily do self-catering: a large supermarket is 3 minutes by car, there's a well-equipped kitchen, and you can sit outside in the garden to have breakfast or dinner. The location is great: 8 minutes from the motorway exit (Affi), 35 minutes from downtown Verona, 7-10 minutes from Garda town, 1 hour from Riva del Garda, 50 minutes from Mantova, etc.
