The location is excellent. Parking garage was also nearby. Duomo, lake, stores, restaurants, etc are all in walking distance. Need to climb up stairs to get to the apartment.

Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The apartment was in an excellent location, not far from the lake and very near shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed as the apartment was well equipped for self catering. The bed was very comfortable and the décor was modern. It was a great base to explore the town.
- Quite a big hotel with a lot of space, so we liked it.
- Food and drink was not luxury, but they had all for the needs of an average person.
- The location is perfect, because it is not far away from downtown, so we could drive easily with the subway to Milan for one day.
- The hotel service was very nice as well as their recommendations.
Good level of comfort, with all the kitchen amenities for self-catering. The host sent good instructions via whatsapp about how to find the key to enter the apartment.
