We loved how we were 45 minutes from Venice proper, yet plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The sandy beach was a 10min short walk and was beautiful. Great for swimming. Our room had all the amenities.

The room was great. It had a view of the canal with the gondolas. They were very helpful with any questions since we were never in Venice before. We thought that our cruise was close to Venice, but found out that it was two hours away less than a day before it left. They were able to get us great transportation in a couple of hours. We also left a very important thing, and they were able to get it sent to the US. We highly recommend this hotel.
