Just as described. In a sea front position and a nicely presented suite. Two observations:- like all these places needs some regular maintenance. Toilet seat loose and soap dish loose. Mini kitchen was nice BUT lacked a tea towel etc. But all in all a pleasant stay.

The place has a great view of the sea. There is a place to park a car and it is 2 minutes from the train station, which is very convenient. Genoa can be reached in 15 minutes by train. The staff was very kind.
