The breakfast was great. They had limited warm food, just (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and sausages). The rest was cold food. The room was super clean and was very well equipped with all the things required for cooking if we wanted. The sheets were clean and fresh. The beach was very close to the hotel and walkable.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 days. The apartment is comfortable for a family of four. It has a secured yard with parking. The location is in a quiet area, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The apartment also provides two sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach with the use of a safe and showers.

The location is perfect—just across the road from the bus station, with bus 4L running every 10 minutes and a quick 20-minute ride to Venice. The rooms are spacious, come with balconies, and are thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was spotless, with an amazing shower that had unbelievable water pressure. Everything a traveler could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen. The family managing the property was incredibly kind and cooperative. The thoughtful touches, like two bottles of water and a bowl of fruit in each room, were much appreciated. Additionally, they allowed us to park all day, so we could use the bus to Venice and avoid the steep parking costs there. I would recommend this place without hesitation—it’s a gem! Questo

Fabulous hotel right outside Venice. Easy to cash the bus into Venice. Nice modern rooms. The breakfast was superb. Lots of fresh fruit and baked goodies. Loved this hotel.
