We liked everything about Residenze Gregoriane. The staff helped us park, walked up with our bags then immediately sat us in an exquisite 16th century mosaiced courtyard with a fountain, bringing us coffee and cold water (rum or whisky was also offered!) while they sorted out our admin and talked us through the map of this gorgeous little town, giving us lots of useful information. We had chosen the Superior suite partly for its decor which was as stunning as I had hoped: I knew that unlike most of the others it didn’t have an outside space and overlook the water but I loved our pretty town view. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and enough space for our weekend wardrobes. Remarkably quiet given its central location (five minutes walk from Villa d’Este). Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious with a good selection of pastries, toast, muesli, yogurt, boiled eggs, fresh o-j etc with other options available if you let them know the night before. We didn’t get a chance to use the stunning spa area but other guests warmly recommended it and each guest/couple/family can book it for their exclusive use. The staff were always around and keen to welcome us back each time. We didn’t expect beforehand that we’d return to Tivoli but we would now love to, largely based on our experience at this delightful hostelry. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Colle Paciocco in mid March. The owners were exceptionally kind. My train arrived late from Rome and I had to wait for the next later train to Tivoli. Because of this delay, I missed the last bus to Colle Paciocco so the owner insisted on picking me up at the station so as not to make me walk quite a long way near a river in the dark. They were very considerate and asked me to call an hour before my arrival so they could turn the heating on so as to warm the room prior to my arrival.
I would highly recommend Colle Paciocco as the room was comfortable in a lovely area with beautiful views and the owners really care about their guests making sure you have everything you need. Well worth booking at this place.

Everything was perfect; this B&B is a very good option for your stay both if you’re exploring Rome or surroundings. Easy to go to Rome; beautiful location with an exceptional view surrounded by nature and mountains. My room was clean and cozy, hosts are very friendly and welcoming. I recommend this B&B.
