Very accommodating and friendly staff - went out of their way to help with bike storage and other questions. The room was clean, airy, and very comfortable. Good food overall, but an excellent breakfast.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Very spacious apartment, about 15 minutes walk to the town. It has all the facilities to accommodate self catering. The kids room was nice as it had a play kitchen which my little girl loved! Nice big TV in the lounge area with Netflix which was a bonus. The apartment was also only a few mins from a beautiful park. Perfect stay for our family to explore Bolzano.

Room provided everything that was needed for self catering, special feature on top floor.
