Amazing service and exceptional lodging! The refigerator was well stocked when we arrived, and the kitchen was in an outstanding, clean state. The location was brilliant - close enough to the town centre and lake to be able to easily walk, but in a very quiet environment. Although it was self catering, the option to have breakfast (to be booked in advance) was really useful. It has parking under the property, mostly in shade. We appreciated the airport transfer, which is the best way to get to the property from Verona airport.
The apartments were exceptionally clean and well kept. The honesty fridge for self serve drinks around the pool was an excellent idea. The pool and grounds were kept clean daily. All the staff we met, especially the cleaner were very friendly, polite and helpful. For a self catering apartment it was very well serviced in terms of cleans and towel changes.
