This place was great! A bit outside the town center (approx. 15min walk via shortcut), but with the benefit of having a great, spacious and gated parking area for those who need it. In addition, a 10% discount at the nearby cafe/bar (Menchetti) is highly recommended for an aperitivo/pizza taglio/breakfast if you want to remain in the (very quiet) neighborhood. Quick and easy access to and from the Autostrada as well, though far enough that you can't see or hear it. Clean and spacious rooms with couches and small kitchens included. Great landscaping and a nice garden surrounds the stylish white building. Your own mini-apartment. Definitely recommended and a good value!

The staff was amazing, very helpful and responsive. Nadia was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. Breakfast was an extra price but was very good. It was also nice that there was a restaurant on property. Quality of the food at the restaurant was very good and reasonability priced. The room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated that we could have a later check-out as we were waiting on our taxi.

Angela and Dennis are the best hosts and kindest of humans! The villa is beautifully restored with impressive interior. The pool and it's surrounding is an oasis of peace where you relax with a cocktail on a sunbed. It's outside a quiet little tuscan village where you can relax and forget your troubles. All this for a decent price. We highly recommend trying out the place.

The property is really well located…so you can visit all the Tuscany with easy. Also the building is authentic and owner Simon is really hard working guy who try to keep it that traditional way. Simon is producing local red wine and olive oil. My kids love the big swiming pool which was build one year ago

The apartment was small and compact. It has most of the basics for self-catering but we couldn't find any chopping board. There is a good washing machine in the bathroom. The best thing was the two terraces which provide a pleasant space for sitting and relaxing.
An excellent apartment hotel just a 15 minute walk from Arezzo centre! Welcomed by a lovely lady, our apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed including fresh fruit, which was such a lovely treat. We are travelling by bike and were able to bring the bikes into the apartment with us!
