Great little lovely penthouse with a nice view and very close to Maria Pia which was our main destination. The apartment was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and the corner restaurant was selling amazing pizza. Giorgio was very welcoming and helpful to accommodate all of our needs. I highly recommend this apartment.

We liked the remote location because there was no traffic noise at all, and yet is only around 10 minutes from the center of Alghero. The property is secured so you can safely leave your children to play in the playground. This property is great if you travel with your family. And the host Stefania is great and very helpful. We really recommend this accommodation.

The staff was professional and as helpful as they are allowed to be by management. Management was told about bed bugs in 28E, bur theyy refused to acknowledge even after I show the many bites thru photos and photos of the bugs. overall cleaners of this place is seriously lacking..it's down right filthy. I hope Management considers their guest and corrects the bed bugs situation
They need to fumigate, immediately! I do not recommend and will never return to this hotel! Just want to give a very honest evaluation!

Francesca was very welcoming ,lovely calming and spacious rooms , with air con.,spotless. Fridge in rooms with supplies for self catering breakfast fresh cakes and warm croissants were provided in am .quiet outdoor terrace to relax and have breakfast . 5 min walk to old city and about 15/ 20 min walk to beach. We really enjoyed our stay .
Buongiorno. We arrived at the hotel in the evening where we were greeted by a nice man at the reception. Clean room, delicious breakfast and hotel service as well. A big plus is the location in the very center of Alghero.
Perfect appartment for family self catering. Amazing location with everything you need very close by. Supermarket 1min. Buses run along the street to the airport and further beaches. Train station to Cassari 2min. Take away pizza across the street. Safe beach 5min Felt 100% safe and secure. High balconies at the front and back might be a safety consideration for a family with younger children.
Clean, comfortable and a good location. All mod cons available: it's a self catering unit. Air conditioning works well: we needed it because of the heatwave. Bathroom quite nice and clean. Bed comfortable enough. Host, Paola, was very nice, available and professional.
Something special about this place is that it's very safe and the host was very available.
The residence is adequate, clean, close to the sea, the shops. The pool was clean and the life guard always alert. We decided to go to self catering apartments this year - I didn't expect much and I was pleasantly surprised. There was aircon in both rooms and it was god sent!!!!
This is self catering accomodation - excellent cooking facilities, cups, plates, glasses, pots and pans. Spacious rooms. It is located in a lovely quiet street. Bakery, fish shop, groceries etc are all nearby. Excellent pizzeria just two mins walk from the apartment. It is 1.2km to the marina in Alghero or the historic centre so basically its only a ten or fifteen minute walk from the seafront. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Excellent accomodation.
