It was the best location!!! We booked a Flybus from airport and arrived at the regular bus station in Reykijavik I think BSI it's called. We walked for 15 minutes with 20kg luggage in snow and we managed just fine. It was located right in the center and they even gave us a much earlier check in at 9:50am which was so nice because we flew in at 4am. I recommend it and it was nice and clean!

It was spacious modern, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Easy to find parking on the main roads. Airport transfer bus stops just infront of the property. Sif is right next to the foss hotel. There are some walkable food options around the area including the food hall at Hlemmur.
SIF is a self catering apartment so while I did not meet any staff, they were easy to contact and very helpful in letting us know where we could get fresh towels or pillows at the property.
Beautifully-updated apartment hotel with quiet rooms w/ high ceilings, comfortable beds, attractive furnishings, and nice views (including of the water) close to everything in central Reykjavik. Very friendly staff.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city within easy walking distance of the main street. With a supermarket behind the premises it was ideal as a self catering base.
