Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Only the location is Good and the owner has his own rules i could have challenged it but no time to waste with those kinds of arrogance!!! No proper response and no food available,all they ordered in Zomato or swiggy. For lighting up a cigarette he was asking me 1000 Rupees.. is there any rules as per the government act for service apartments or hotels? If so why doesn't it reflect in the bill I will answer both booking.com and the owner soon in a better manner with legal opinions as per the law.
Experience was good. Abience was clean with parking available. I always prefer service apartment and I would not hesitate recommend this place to anyone. Location is very close to palace and is centrally placed.
The Location is good, very near to the Ring Road, quiet residential locality. The behaviour of the staff was very courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean. Considering that this is a Service Apartment, the pricing we received was very competitive.
Staff are very courteous and helpful. they are very responsive. Was a bit of a shock that it’s a service apartment and not a hotel. But it was well maintained in terms of the room. Bathrooms need some cleaning for mould.
