The most amazing thing about this resort is it’s stuff. I never met so professional caring nice people in hotel service. Not just one individual but all of them - bunch of very young people who went far out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious well furnished and the beds are extremely comfortable. Big bathrooms with bathtubs. Beautiful restaurant where they play nice music. Everything is spotless. Exceptionally well managed hotel!
A beautiful Mountain view from Hotel Room. Hotel Manager Mr. Ravi is a very nice human being. He helped me in arranging all my Sikkim trip. Rooms were very neat and clean and hotel services were also very good. Food was very delicious and food prices were also reasonable.
if you are planning a honeymoon or a Family trip of Sikkim then i suggest you for Hotel New Castle.
Because you can find other hotel also but trust me Hotel staff, safety and services matters alot.
