Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The property was very clean, well maintained and most of all, it was very cozy. It gave a very home-like vibe where you can unwind and relax after a day full of travelling. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and yet very close to the major parts of city. Our host, Raksha, was very welcoming. She helped us with stuff like good food recommendations, sightseeing places and good garage in the neighbourhood
Honestly it was pleasant experience for us, we traveled in car with my husband (Indian), 2y old kid and my mom (we are from abroad) and been seeing places around, so staying in service apartment was definitely better solution because everyone has space to take rest plus common areas to enjoy company of each other. Location was great not at all noisy, but we traveled by car and I can’t judge on public transport. Apartment is well maintained and nicely equipped, I would recommend it if you’re looking for peaceful, comfortable place.
We have booked a Kalggade Service apartment for 2 nights. It was a nice experience. The apartment was neat and clean and had everything that a homestay should have. The owner was very polite and helpful.
The location of the apartment is very quiet and has a good parking space.
I would recommend it to others if you are planning to visit with family and kids.
It’s always better to stay such service apartments when you visit as a family or with a group. Very luxury with decent amenities. This is the 2nd time we choose sanctum apartments for our stay.
The hospitality and attention were top notch. Felt like home away from home. Anyone expecting hotel-like facilities may be disappointed. The location is ideal if you are looking to destress and surrender to nature's goodness. Good for detaching yourself from the materialistic and artificial world at least for a few days.
The property is very close to the main town, yet it is situated in a very quiet locality. It offers all the facilities one might happen to require in a luxury service apartment. The people at the help desk were very kind and provided us with all the relevant information to shop and go places at Chikamangaluru.
The property does not offer breakfast. However being serviced apartment, we can always make our food with the induction stove and utensils available.
The location is really fantastic - 3 minutes walk to bus terminal and every other shopping and restaurants
We had very good and pleasant experience with Kalgadde service apartments. Host was very good and approachable.
