The place is in a good location. But its not worth the money. As there were no towels no glasses and no right kitchen ware as per our needs and as shown in the pictures. It's a lodging to be honest. Not worth for families. Overall a ok ok place for a night spend.

Beautiful place!
After check-in I took a shower and then talked a lot with the owners - Banty and Haley, they are both amazing! Very kind and positive people who gave me a feeling of home while I was staying at Kumbaya Beachside. In the evening I went to the beach, which is a minute's walk from the house and saw an amazing sunset. I really enjoyed living here. It was relaxing. Shanti-shamanti!

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Pros:
.- Excellent apartment hotel
- Two rooms with living room, kitchen and additional bathroom and two balconies . Underground parking
- Utensils and water dispenser provided in the room
- At a little distance from the hustle and bustle of Baga and candolim but vehicles on rent are available just outside the hotel
- Breakfast is decent and could be improved with choices of fresh fruit and juices.and quality of some orders
- The standard of the room was outstanding and impressive for the price point
Studio apartments were clean with all the facilities and amenities. The staff was active and attentive, and the location is perfect to stay in North Goa. Overall a good and budget friendly stay. Parking is hard to find sometimes if you return late to the service apartments which are outside.
We booked a 2 BHK which was quite bad but on protesting we were upgraded to Villa which was FANTASTIC… bit surprising as the price difference wasn’t much. Had a great stay from there on. Located within Hilton premises this is the best place to stay if you are looking for a serviced apartment. Most beaches are within 5-7 kms. Anya who manages the property is a great host - busy as a bee!
Room cleaning was very poor and no one was come after calling to reception.its including in service to provide water bottles, tea and coffee pouch,changing towels,bedsheet and blankets but in four days hault only two days partly serviceable given
Very unhappy with hotel services.nobody was serious about complaints.guilty felt by paid large amount to see only online photos and videos
