The room layout for 3 people was perfect. Nice coffee/Nespresso machine. The location is great, central. Especially liked the grocery store below the hotel as well as the fresh produce store pressing fresh juices attached to it.
The store staying open until midnight was a bonus.
The hosts were helpful, friendly and obviously care about their guests.

The host was exceptionally helpful. The location was perfect. There's a really good restaurant across the street. And it's within walking distance to a lot of other restaurants and ice cream places as well as the Bahai Gardens.

The owner helped me check in early and didn't call me to check out right on time, I liked that. Also, the place is right by the beach, upper floor, beautiful view, water dispenser with soda, Apple TV, microwave, washer, dryer, etc. This apartment has it all, and it's big enough for 4 or 5 people. Parking can be managed if you don't come in the rush hour. From the inside, the place looks decent, and the panoramic view from the living room is great. Would come again in the future with friends or family.

The location is excellent. I expected the accommodation to be situated in a hotel, which it is not. Notwithstanding this fact, the accommodation was very good. No meals or usual hotel service is available within the building and I would therefore in future choose a hotel but this is a personal choice and does not detract from the value of the accommodation. It is only for this reason that I have answered to the effect that the accommodation did not meet my expectations.
