Wow! Where to begin. We have travelled nearly every holiday through Asia and, still, this is our favorite spot.
The villa is extremely well put together and thought through. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and everything down to the perfect lighting and fluffy towels are just superb. The staff are just absolutely brilliant - really at your service and go above and beyond. We had a few issues in our unit and within seconds they had someone out to repair. Incredible!!
Special shout out to Putu who problem solved, kept us company while waiting for taxis, helped us book anything we needed and even walked with us to the cars holding umbrellas. He’s one of a kind!! Such. A good dude.
We loved this place so much that, as soon as we left for Canggu, we decided half way to rebook RAYYA on the way and came back !
There’s not much within walking distance - except a beautiful collection of beaches. But downtown Uluwatu is super easy to get to with Grab or Gojeck.

A+ for cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. I had a great view from my room, and even though I was next to the pool, the rooms had great sound insulation, and I was able to enjoy my quiet time. The cafe staff and the reception were very welcoming and friendly. Also, I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. One last thing, it is right across the beach - so convenient!

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.

1. Hotel services and staff are great. They respond to our request within amazingly short time.
2. The atmosphere and views are great in hotel. They also offer great variation of activities for people love sports and for kid. You can see they put a lot of heart and effort in the resort.
* It would be a perfect stay and I would come back again if not having the below two problems during our stay.
The restaurant alongside the beautiful pool is lovely. The room and balcony was much bigger than I expected. I was also surprised to see self catering facilities in the room. Wish we could have stayed longer to make the most of what was available.
Novotel is a great hotel within Nusa Dua. This serviced apartment is huge and has everything you and family need. Its nice location by the pool and the hotel grounds are well taken care of. We really appreciate the fabulous service and can't wait to come back.

Please investigate why I received an note from the clinic saying that I did not pay for my PCR where I did paid at the reception? This is just no good and makes a guest worried after arriving back in Singapore, how can we entrust the hotel service in future?
