Clean and tidy. Wonderful staff, owner Olaf is amazing! We have a well equipped kitchen with good utensils and a fully working refrigerator. Spacious bathroom and good little garden to the front with a couple of chairs and a table to smoke or enjoy the day with the garden view. Loved everything about the place. Felt like a second home. I stayed in room #1 for 4 weeks and was very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking, on a street with many good restaurants that ends at the beach with many more restaurants there. Also within an easy walk is a small gym, barber, many shops, and even a big new mall on the beach with a big supermarket. The kitchen was convenient and the free drinking water is a nice bonus. Everything in the room was clean, functional, and comfortable, and it was nice to have a desk, TV, and ceiling fan. Alan and the manager Gustu were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. Recommended!

Great staff! The communication with the staff was swift. The location is central which is near plenty of eateries and not far from the main road. The room was spacious with a nice comfortable bed. This place is family friendly, and for the value it is worth it. The place is off the main road so it is not busy.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Self catering but lots of places nearby to have breakfast. The trendy Sandy Bay beach club which is open for drinks, lunch a dinner is almost on your front door which is an excellent facility. The house is superb. No more explanation necessary.
