Great value well equipped apartment hotel in South Kuta, good friendly service by the locals. The Kuta Reef Apartments are located at the back of the Aston Kuta hotel so you can use their swimming pool and amenities. The gym was reasonable and you could do a work out each morning.

Absolutely Amazing staff in particular Reception staff Vina & Donna, housekeeping Wayan, chef Adi & Kristina in dinning. Security guards were also awesome! All were absolutely amazing,very kind, patient, helpful, accomodating, informative and just great people! Thank you all for looking after our family & making our stay great! We miss you all!
The 2 bedroom apartment was a great size, with two bathrooms and an extra toilet and a Good size balcony. Our room was quiet, couldn’t hear a thing once inside, including the construction happening next door. The use of the pool table entertained my family well. Was spoilt for choice with 4 decent sized swimming pools!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I highly recommend for anyone staying in Canggu. The staff are responsive and amazing. The rooms are great and the location is walking distance from the gym I attend.

The property is freshly painted and looks good from the outside. The pool is open early till late and the bar and massage staff were amazing ! The pool bar was staffed til 10pm. The staff were Lovely and friendly with our kids. The massage service is awesome and well priced for a hotel service - they were also always willing to help out.

Staff was extremely attentive, paying much attention to details and very friendly. The house was beautiful. Breakfast was very well organised. The hotel service stood out with free transport to/from the airport and easy arrangements to rent a car with driver. We would definitely come back.

Everything about the hotel. From the staff, location, and facilities. The service is more than a 5 star hotel service. The location is near to most tourist destinations. Near to the kuta beach, the waterbom, the airport, the shopping centre is just across the street (Lippomall), restaurants, money exchanger is just a walk away. I highly recommend this hotel.
