The property is freshly painted and looks good from the outside. The pool is open early till late and the bar and massage staff were amazing ! The pool bar was staffed til 10pm. The staff were Lovely and friendly with our kids. The massage service is awesome and well priced for a hotel service - they were also always willing to help out.

Staff was extremely attentive, paying much attention to details and very friendly. The house was beautiful. Breakfast was very well organised. The hotel service stood out with free transport to/from the airport and easy arrangements to rent a car with driver. We would definitely come back.

Near to the kuta beach, the waterbom, the airport, the shopping centre is just across the street (Lippomall), restaurants, money exchanger is just a walk away. I highly recommend this hotel.
