Exceptionally clean. Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop.

The facility is new, only 3 month old (per May 2024). It is clean, lots of parking lot, huge space (I rent the family room which is two bedrooms for my relative). They loved it. Their son enjoyed the swimming pool.

The rooms were massive with all the fixings of a big serviced apartment. The staff were lovely and attentive. The outdoor pool was big, and often quiet. There was an adequate sauna and steam room, as well as a games room including billiards. Very close to Monas but everything else you have to cab too
Stayed in the 2-Bedroom Suite. Brand new serviced apartment, lovely room design with kitchen and living room, comfortable beds with huge pillows. Staff were welcoming and nice. They provided cutleries, water dispencer, big fridge, Nespresso machine and microwave in the room (though the last two failed to work as we tried to use them). Perfect for longer stay as they also provide washing and drying machine (we didn’t use them). Breakfast was nice although only a few selections.

I experienced an apartment hotel for the first time and stayed for 6 days. Most of my meals were provided by myself, and the environment was very quiet with complete facilities and cleanliness. The most important thing is to be able to live together
Very new and modern aparthotel rooms with excellent layout and design. Kitchenettes are well equipped. Facilities like outdoor pool and gym were very pleasant and easy to use, and the hotel manager even lent us a golf putter and balls for the outdoor putting green. Easy to call online taxis, and only a short journey away from e.g. Jalan Raya Casablanca, or the British and Australian Embassies.
Absolutely fantastic stay. Location is very central, taxi fares are even cheaper and places are easier to reach. Also near Gambir station. Hotel service is top, great variety in breakfast, Asian and Western, liked this the most! Hotel restaurant Adele is even open in late evening and serves delicious food, Western and Asian too. The laundry self service room is also a big plus, no charges! Totally worth the money to stay here.
