We had the best stay at Kammora living, a beautiful new hotel at a great location. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, such as separate bath and shower, washing machine, kitchen appliances. The staff was so kind.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and decided to extend it because it was simply wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and kind. Nusa goes above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need for a perfect experience and he is even helping me speak the Indonesian language.

New serviced apartment building, partially completed and additional buildings are currently being constructed (April 2024) - so treat it as a "soft open". The room is a loft style, with open bedroom above a kitchen, bathroom and living room. Kitchen has microwave, oven and stovetop, but no pots/pans and only a few plates and bowls. Washer and dryer was very convenient to do my own laundry. Bathroom is well appointed with Japanese style toilet.

During our 1 month trip to Bali we returned 3 times to this hotel. It felt most home-like (instead of just a hotel) because of its size (not too many rooms), very friendly staff and comfortable rooms and layout. The pool was lovely and overall atmosphere super relaxed (while being close enough to canggu). Would highly recommend this place, also price-value wise.
Stunning property, very spacious, clean and tidy. The staff were so lovely, couldn’t do more to help us. Fully equipped kitchen which was good due to being self catering it meant we could get some bits from the shop to have in.
Great location of the hostel, close to the main street and beach but still quiet. I booked my own room and they basically provided a hotel service with daily cleaning / making the room.
Come back because we loved old Citadines in Kuta, This is the first time we're back to Citadines, we used to stay at Citadines Kuta, a lovely place, more rooms available & huge aparthotel compared to the old ones, friendly staff.
I’ve stayed here three times and the hotel service has declined. the aircon was not working in my room so it was boiling hot. the staff did not assist me with my issues. the pillows and bed are uncomfortable. staff were not pleasant.
do not do laundry service as they will lose your belongings as well.
