Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Off course the room ...i like the room very much, it was more than my expectation. Breakfast are delicious too, and it were too many options, that I cant take all of them :-)....just a suggestion, how if Hotel serve many options of Sundanese food for the breakfast...like "ketan panggang oncom", I like the meal very much...
Unfortunately I cant tell u my experience of pool and spa, since I haven't try those facilities.
But overall, I like the hotel service very much.
We can say that this is the best villa we get so far. We're amazed by the facilities, the services, the hospitality we got during our stay. This villa offers a 5* hotel service, you can even ask for a maid too 😄 worth every penny! The pool and the whole interior are very clean & very good maintained. Keep it up!
I will first talk about the hotel service. My husband and I were sick, our room was taken care of, a nurse was provided for us, we were taken to the hospital, and admitted to breakfast. All of these services were free. A bowl of fruit was sent with a message to check on us. We are contacted frequently to check on our status. I would like to especially thank the employees Nicholas and Abdel Raouf for their support that night, followed by the cleanliness and beauty of the rooms and the advantage of the location on the top of a mountain.
