Everything was new in October 2024. Linens were fragrance-free! Perhaps because they were never used. But lodging *without* toxic fragrances are hard to find and highly-valued for those with allergies. Staff were accommodating with booking another night and fetching a wine opener when we forgot one. They spoke English well and were friendly.
