We stayed in the property with 4 adults between 2-4 Aug, 2024 and had an amazing time. The host was very welcoming, we even got a bottle of wine. The apartment is amazing, a living room with an open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in between and a huge balcony with access to a separate room with a view for the jacuzzi that we used every day. The swimming pool outside was also great and the beach was just a block away reachable within 1 minute walk. Actually the whole coast in the area is an open beach. You can swim pretty much everywhere. There are some good restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and a lot more possibilities if you walk a bit more. Trogir is approx. 10 minutes away by car.
Just a 2-minute walk from Mavarstica Beach and half a mile from Beach Bocici, Villa Knez features accommodations in Trogir, with a garden and barbecue facilities.

The location of where it was situated was the only good thing about this property.

Very clean, spacious, good air con. Decent breakfast.
10-15 min walk to the old town.
The nicest beaches are reacheable by car. This is what we did, and we got to see many of them.

Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Not just comfortable but stylish and the kitchen was really well equipped. Lots of glasses and plates etc unlike some self catering places. We loved the outdoor area and pool. Lots of space for sun and shade for the 6 of us. It was fabulous
If you wished for self catering there was everything there.
Wi fi was connected immediately upon arrival.
There is air conditioning if you require it; perfect when the temperatures reach high.
Property is about a 10 min walk into the old town, there is a bit of a hill when walking back up. However the location was great for us. Nice big lounge space and sofa with a smart TV. Easily fit 3 adults & could have fit more. There is a bakery just down the road with good opening hours. The hot tub on the roof was amazing with great views! Unfortunately our weather wasn't amazing so couldn't stay in there that long. But amazing addition for the price. Kitchen had everything you needed for self catering option.
Friendly and helpful host, lovely terrace, 2 comfortable bedrooms, Trogir old city is walkable and fascinating, easy parking at flat, good for self catering
Amazing 2 bedroom apartment with great facilities for our party of 6 to base ourselves for our Trogir trip.
Location is a few minutes walk downhill to the old town. Uber was €5.50 from the bridge near Konzum Supermarket ( fantastic to grab supplies if self catering and grab beers/wine) for those not as keen to take the journey uphill in the heat.
Our hosts were very lovely and are available if we had any problems.
Beautiful apartment, Good size for 4 of us and perfect location for exploring trogir old town and getting to the local beaches. Apartment was so well equipped, everything we needed for self catering. Loved it.
Beautifully maintained property with a resort like pool, restaurant and beach. Hotel service with attention to detail, and staff that is exceptionally friendly.
