Each apartment has a terrace facing the small and private beach in front of the apartment. The place is equipped with everything you need, and our host was very friendly, always available and ready to help! It's only a short car/bus ride to Zadar, and the ferry to visit the nearby islands is even closer. Would totally recommend and come again!

Loved the cleanliness of the apartment. It's location was great, as a lot of good restaurants were within walking distance. The staff were very kind and helpful. There was a grocery shop just across the road where you could buy water, snacks and drinks. There was a bakery next door where you could buy fresh bread and an Italian pastry shop less than 100 metres from the apartment building. Luka was very helpful and collected us and brought us back to the airport.
The newly renovated, family-run Villa Valentina is located in the popular Borik quarter of Zadar, close to many restaurants and only 500 metres from the beach.

We are currently at the end of a 4 week trip through Europe. This has been by far one of the best places we stayed and one of the most affordable.
We received a great welcome upon arrival aswell as lots of information about the area. The staff where great the whole time.
We had some damaged suitcase wheels and the staff where very helpful in reccomending a store to buy new and then lending tools to swap them over.
Out room was huge and very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great.

The apartment is spacious enough, very close to the sea and also to the main road if we want to go visit other places on the island or even to Ugljan.
The kitchen was small but functional, with enough storage space.

There was a swimming pool and a barbecue place but we didn't use them.

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment! It was beautifully modern, spotlessly clean, and located in a fantastic area of Zaton, everything within walking distance. It was hotel-like clean and had lots of facilities such as shampoo, body wash, head cover, snacks, coffee machine, breakfast material. It also had dishwasher. Also the property had perfect smell in the living room and the toilet. The location was also nice. Cosy, friendly, and 5 minute walk to the sea! Not touristic snd super crowded spot.
Lovely clean, modern apartment in a quiet location. Exactly as photographed with fabulous bathroom (amazing shower) and kitchen (cooker and microwave )making self catering easy. Private parking and large balcony were a bonus. Owner lives downstairs and was friendly yet respectful of our privacy. Would highly recommend. Ideal for us as a base for exploring the beautiful region.
Prime location opposite the water in a relaxing suburb of Zadar. Good bus links to zadar nearby and great waterfront. The property had everything you would need and the room was large with a terrace perfect for self catering. The owner Kolinda was very accommodating and friendly.
