Baska Voda is really beautiful city with high hills and crystal clear water. The facility is clean, well-equipped and "brand new". Pool and fitness room are excellent, apartment was big enough for a family (4 person). Staff is very helpful. Highly recommended location and apartment.

The property was in an excellent location. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to town. It’s also a great spot to reach the national park. The property also has a beautiful pool which we didn’t use because we visited in April and n it was still a bit chilly out but this would be a lovely place to relax in summer months.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
This was our first visit to Baska Voda. Not only is this our new favourite place on the Adriatic coast, the Aparthotel Milenij was amazing. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach it was only a few minutes stroll to the main centre. The apartment is located right across the road from the pristine sea. We loved our stay here.
This is my second stay at House Marta, i feel at home and at peace here. It has to do with the hospitality of the owner as well as the location being quiet and tucked away yet only 200m from the beach and the center.
The studio i stayed in is well equiped for self catering. It has a lovely balcony with view over the roofs of the quaint town and partly ocean view.
